A Little About Me Personally

I am a transplant to Florida from California where I remain a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker. That's how good Coldwell Banker is! I began my Real Estate career in 2004 assisting with back office things until obtaining my license in 2005. In 2007 the foreclosure market hit hard. I managed a Team of Agents and together we closed over 1000 escrows. I learned every step from renovating the home to pricing it to marketing and finally handing the keys to a new family. I mention family, because for me, Real Estate is not about the commission check at the end. It is all about family; watching the children pick their rooms and, my personal fav...a little boy saying his favorite part of the house was the dining room because now his family could eat meals together. Those are the true rewards and trust me when I say "no amount of money can buy that".
